A data-informed sustainability campaign designed to reduce single-use plastic use at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Our team built audience-specific messaging, clear calls to action, and a multi-channel rollout measured through refill station data,   app engagement analytics, social media metrics, and pre/post surveys to track awareness and behavior change.
